2.4 AI Conversation Data

When you sign in to Nova (our AI scoping assistant) we use LinkedIn OpenID Connect to verify your identity. From LinkedIn we receive your name, email address, and profile picture, which are used to personalise the conversation and email you the recommendation.

During the conversation, Nova collects the information you voluntarily share - for example your business name, role, the tasks that take up your time, and any budget or timeline signals you mention. This is comparable to the information you would provide in a survey or to a customer-support chatbot.

We retain a record of the conversation transcript and the resulting recommendation so that we can:

• Email you the recommendation, and follow up if relevant
• Improve Nova's quality by reviewing how recommendations were reached
• Recognise you on a return visit so Nova does not ask for the same information again

Conversation transcripts are stored in our Supabase database with row-level security restricted to NoCodeLab personnel and service-level access. They are not shared with third parties beyond the AI provider that powers Nova (currently Anthropic), which processes the conversation but does not train on your inputs. You can request deletion at any time - see Section 6.

• Email Service Providers: MailerLite, for delivering newsletters and Nova recommendation emails
