World Leaders Attend Panel Discussions with NoCodeLab.ai on Democratising Access to Develop Technology for Economic and Social Good

NoCodeLab.ai Co-Founder Joins Global Leaders at UK Forum on Cultural Diplomacy 2026

Deborah Cleary, co-founder and Director of Growth at NoCodeLab.ai, participated in the "Women in the Digital Economy" panel at the London Impact Finance and Blockchain Forum yesterday, held as part of the UK Forum on Cultural Diplomacy 2026.

The four-day forum brought together an extraordinary gathering of global leaders at the House of Lords, House of Commons, and Church House Westminster. Among the speakers and attendees were former heads of state and government, including Irina Bokova (former Director-General of UNESCO), Yves Leterme (former Prime Minister of Belgium), Gjorge Ivanov (former President of North Macedonia), Hassan B. Diab (former Prime Minister of Lebanon), Mohammad Shtayyeh (former Prime Minister of Palestine), and Alfred Gusenbauer (former Chancellor of Austria), alongside UK parliamentarians, diplomats, and leaders in technology and finance.

Chaired by Lavinia Osbourne, founder and chair of Women in Blockchain Talks, the panel examined how women are shaping the digital economy through blockchain innovation and AI-assisted development. The discussion explored both the barriers women face in tech and the unique perspectives they bring to building inclusive, ethical solutions.

"The digital economy is no longer emerging," Lavinia highlighted. "It's here, and this shift makes clear that digital assets are no longer experimental, they are economic infrastructure. And as such, what this tells us is that the digital economy won't reward isolated efforts. It will reward collaborative ecosystems."

Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh OBE, Head of the UK Forum and former MP, reflected on the event: "It has been an absolute privilege to lead the UK Forum with such distinguished participants from over 25 countries. I sought to ensure that women's voices in the digital assets space were heard throughout and was delighted that Lavina D. Osbourne agreed to my request to chair a panel on Women in the Digital Economy, to ensure that was realised."

DEMOCRATISING ACCESS TO TECHNOLOGY

Sara Simeone, Founder and Chief Builder of NoCodeLab.ai, explains the company's philosophy: "At NoCodeLab, we believe that activating innovation from within organisations means ensuring diverse voices are at the table. When we transform professionals into builders, we're not just developing technical skills, we're democratising access to develop technology for economic and social good."

This mission aligns directly with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, which call for inclusive access to technology and digital literacy as foundations for sustainable development.

"The forum reinforced something we see every day," Deborah concludes. "The future of technology isn't just about what we build, but who gets to build it."
