Q: Zahra, thank you for joining us. Could you start by introducing yourself and tell us how you discovered NoCodeLab.ai?
Zahra: "Absolutely. I'm Zahra, and I've been a product manager for five years. More recently, I've become the founder of Véa, an AI wellness app. My journey to founding Véa was significantly enabled by NoCodeLab.ai. I found Sara, the founder of NoCodeLab.ai, through a WhatsApp group called Female Founders. I had this idea I was desperate to bring to life, and when I saw Sara's post saying– 'If you're a nontechnical founder, your dreams can now come true' – I instantly messaged her. We connected really well, and that's how I got involved."

Q: Did you arrive with a fully formed idea, or was it still developing when you first approached NoCodeLab.ai?
Zahra: "I had a pitch deck and the idea written down, along with a rough wireframe and some initial screens I'd designed using Figma, thanks to my product management background. My first step was attending one of NoCodeLab.ai's monthly masterclasses. It was incredible; I literally saw my idea come to life as a fully functional prototype in Lovable during that session. That was truly a catalyst for growth. Learning to use Lovable effectively, with the crucial support of a community like NoCodeLab.ai, was invaluable."

Q: What happened after that "wow" moment? How did you take Véa further?
Zahra: "I got completely addicted! I couldn't believe I was making a fully functional product, not just a prototype. I continued building on my own, leveraging the tools and knowledge NoCodeLab.ai provided. I then discovered their Launchpad Accelerator, which was amazing. The most critical aspect of the Accelerator is the community – meeting other founders and gaining all the skills to develop your prototype into a fully functional product. Through the Accelerator, I also learned about other tools like Cursor and Codex, which helped me build a 'no-code vibecoded stack' and essentially become a non-technical developer."

Q: What did you find to be the hardest part of the development process?
Zahra: "Definitely integrations. I used to underestimate them, but I quickly realised that many essential features, like payments, won't work properly without correct integration. However, the support of the NoCodeLab.ai community made a huge difference. Working through those hurdles together, knowing others were facing similar problems, made it so much easier to solve them."

Q: Can you tell us more about Véa – what it does, and where the product is currently?
Zahra: "Véa is an AI wellness tool specifically designed for women who might feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or are navigating different life stages where they need a supportive space. Véa tracks your patterns and is backed by neuroscience, incorporating CBT and Jungian principles. It identifies cognitive distortions and provides personalised reports on your well-being, mindset, and breakthrough moments.
Currently, I'm in the beta testing phase with 30 women, gathering extensive feedback to enhance the product. I've also built a community around Véa with a WhatsApp group that's growing. I'm focusing on marketing, distribution, and have joined investor and growth accelerators. Excitingly, I've recently onboarded a developer to help us launch Véa on iOS and Android in 2026. We're aiming for a full commercial rollout by mid-2026, staggering the release, and seeking partnerships with therapists and mental health institutions. I believe we'll go from 'zero to hero' in less than a year, with a fully tested and validated customer base."

The Smart Scale: Strategic Technical Leadership
Q: With a developer now on board, what's the importance of this step for Véa's future?
Zahra: "While you can build a highly functional product with no-code tools, you need to develop a robust 'stack' and understand how to secure the backend. That's where a developer becomes crucial – for security, making the product more nuanced, and ensuring maintainability. Getting apps into the iOS App Store, for instance, can be quite complex, so the extra help is incredible.
What's truly remarkable is the cost-effectiveness. If NoCodeLab.ai hadn't been there, building this prototype traditionally would have cost thousands, even tens of thousands. With no-code, my initial prototyping stage cost maybe £400-£500. The transition to bringing on a developer has been seamless. I feel 100% better prepared to brief the developer now. Everything is documented – core architecture, GitHub synced, Superbase as the backend – so changes will be minimal, focusing more on security. I feel completely empowered; I understand the code and the building process, so I'm not just a 'yes person' anymore."
