PLAYING TO A HOME CROWD IN MANCHESTER
Not in some anonymous boardroom or co-working space - but home. Manchester. Circle Square. Our city, our crowd.
The numbers told their own story: sold out, waitlist heaving. The Vibe Coding Masterclass at Digital Skills Festival 2026, hosted by Katie Gallagher OBE and the Manchester Digital team, became one of our most electric events yet.
“We proved something at Manchester Digital: the building is the easy part” - explained Sara Simeone, NoCodeLab.ai founder and Chief Builder.
“We had technical and non-technical people working side by side, supporting each other, completely absorbed in the process. We didn't start with laptops. We started with conversations. Explain your idea to the person next to you. Structure it. Productise it. Build the prompt. By the time we got to the building part, it took minutes, not hours. Two hours later, everyone in that room had shipped a prototype they made. That's not just a workshop. That's a shift in what people believe they're capable of”.
"Participants arrived early and prepared - systems ready, challenges identified. These were active non-technical builders to the most part, not observers. Each person came with specific problems to address and tangible concepts to develop," explained Deborah Cleary, Co-Founder and Director of Growth.
Two hours. Ideas prototyped. That's the promise we've delivered to 1,200 people in 2025 - and we're set to train 10,000 in 2026.
But Friday day felt different. There was something in the air - part pride, part homecoming, part electricity that happens when you give brilliant people the tools to push past traditional technology barriers.
By the end of the session, participants had built more than prototypes. They left with clickable demos, AI-optimised prompts generated through our NoCodeLab.ai Product Requirement Document technology, and executable roadmaps. More importantly, they gained something harder to quantify but far more valuable: confidence - the kind that shifts "I wonder if I could" to "I know I can."
We turned "I could never" into "I just did."
With a vibe that was equal parts rigorous and joyful, professional and playful. Home crowd energy. We wouldn't have it any other way.
